Our Product
Earth Asset provides an assortment of end products to its clients, including colored and bound reports. All appraisal-related services are performed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). USPAP is published annually by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Institute, and is recognized by state appraisal licensing agencies, banks, and local, state and federal organizations. We also provide appraisals that need to be completed in compliance with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA), such as Forest Legacy Program projects. Finally, we provide appraisals for Internal Revenue Service (IRS) purposes, such as estate settlement and substantiation of a conservation easement charitable gift deduction.
