Earth Asset Partnership, LP was founded in 2005 by Ms. Shawn M. Smith. A graduate of Vermont Law School, Shawn holds both a Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law. Her law background is complimented by over seven years of land planning, appraising and transactional experience. She has the knowledge and skill set to provide clients with in-depth analysis of the financial consequences of conserving, holding, developing, selling and buying real estate.
