Earth Asset is working closely with family members to analyze their southern VT estate for internal planning purposes. The asset is located in four separate towns, is comprised of over twenty parcels, and totals approximately 1,500+/- acres. Complete GIS mapping, land planning and valuation analysis is being done.

Central VT Estate
Earth Asset completed a preliminary analysis of the conservation value associated with encumbering a developable piece of land in Quechee, VT. The analysis helped the client in his conservation planning decision-making process. The client decided to move forward with the conservation of the property, and Earth Asset will document the conservation value in a formal, IRS-compliant appraisal report this spring.

Northern VT Timberland
Earth Asset just completed a pre-acquisition planning and valuation assignment for a client interested in purchasing a piece of timberland located near Burlington, VT. We provided information about timberland market dynamics, "kingdom" estate market dynamics, and made a preliminary assessment of the property's highest and best use and associated market value. The information and analysis was utilized by the client in his acquisition decision-making process.
